The Challenge
The main challenge was designing for a highly specific and meaningful use case: accessibility in travel. This required balancing functional clarity with emotional sensitivity, ensuring that users could quickly understand important accessibility details without overwhelming complexity.
At the same time, the exercise had to demonstrate product thinking within a limited scope and timeframe, translating complex user needs into simple and effective interface decisions.

Objective
Redesign key parts of the user experience to make accessible travel information easier to understand, navigate, and trust.
The focus was on improving clarity, hierarchy, and usability while staying aligned with the brand’s mission of inclusive travel.
Result
The final proposal delivered a cleaner and more structured user experience, with improved hierarchy, simplified navigation, and a stronger focus on accessibility-driven content.
While the project was ultimately part of an application process and did not move forward in selection, it became a valuable exercise in product design thinking, accessibility considerations, and UX clarity. The outcome reflects a strong alignment between user needs and interface design, particularly in high-impact, real-world scenarios.
